Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the TE Air Store website (www.teair.com.au), operated by Meditech SA Pty Ltd (ABN 19 623 079 407). By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the ACL.
1. 14-Day Return Period
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted to us within this 14-day window.
Returns submitted after 14 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be in its original, unopened and unused condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging, with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.
• The item must not have been activated, registered, or used in any way.
• The return request must be lodged within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Important: Any item that has been opened, used, activated, or is not in its original sealed condition will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the sender at their cost.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
• Email us at info@teair.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
• If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Please do not send items back before receiving approval from us. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
All returns must be sent via a tracked express postage service (e.g. Australia Post Express). We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and retaining your tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets all eligibility conditions, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note:
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are not refunded.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under this policy:
• Items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original sealed condition.
• Items returned after the 14-day return window has passed.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse, accident, or neglect by the customer.
• Items returned without prior approval from TE Air Store.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@teair.com.au with your order number and photographs of the fault or damage.
In these circumstances, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
