Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the TE Air Store website (www.teair.com.au), operated by Meditech SA Pty Ltd (ABN 19 623 079 407). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. No minimum order value applies. The shipping cost will always be displayed as $0.00 at checkout.

3. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days of payment being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South Australian public holidays.

Please note that dispatch timeframes may be extended during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, or other high-demand times. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

5. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes via Australia Post are as follows:

       Metro areas: 2–5 business days

       Regional areas: 5–8 business days

       Remote areas: 7–14 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to Australia Post operations, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your delivery at www.auspost.com.au or through the Australia Post app.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Meditech SA Pty Ltd is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@teair.com.au and we will do our best to update the details before dispatch.

8. Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

       Check your tracking information via Australia Post

       Check whether a delivery card has been left at your address

       Contact your local Australia Post outlet

       Contact us at info@teair.com.au if the issue is unresolved

We will work with you and Australia Post to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

9. Damaged Goods in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@teair.com.au with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess your claim and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most current version. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
